Hunting in the Babimost Forest District is manager by 8 hunting divisions rented by 6 hunting clubs and 2 form the Wild Game Breeding Centre belonging to the State Forests.

Contemporary hunting comprises planned and coordinated activities aiming at rational management of the wild game living in forests.
Foresters, associated with the Polish Hunting Association, manage wild game in accordance with the rules of ecology and rational forestry, agricultural and fisheries management..
Within the Babimost Forest District there operate 6 hunting districts rented from the State Forests. The districts are rented by 5 hunting clubs, namely:
- „Knieja",
- „Dąbrowa",
- „Jeleń",
- „Sokół",
- „Diana".
Two hunting districts are used for the Game Breeding Centre.
